‘Grief is a guest who stays too long.' Days before Christmas, 1988, the small Scottish community lived among the dead, laying unmoved for days, as forensic investigators searched for evidence surrounding the bombing of Pan Am 103. In this 30th year of remembrance, this young company pays homage to the heart and humanity of the people of Lockerbie people, depicting the efforts of the town's women to wash thousands of pieces of clothing from the wreckage as an act of cleansing. The US government refuses to release the clothes but the women battle back.
