Green Snake
This show has now finished

Green Snake and her rebellious sister White are two female snake spirits - they take human form in director Tian Qinxin's new staging of Hong Kong writer Li Bihua's edgier, more contemporary version of the romantic Chinese myth. While White finds love with an innocent man oblivious to her true nature, the lustful Green is drawn to a young monk struggling with his own carnal desires. The result leaves both goddesses and mortals beyond redemption.
